Inside the groupmanagement, you can specify if a user can moderate/edit comments. If this is set, a user can access the "comment" section in the admin backend, and moderate all comments that were made to entries created by him.
If the user also has the privilege to maintain other people's entries, he'll also be able to moderate comments made by other authors.
I tried this now, but thats not what I want, cause this way users are able to edit comments somebody made on their entries, but not their own comments.
I don't want any other user be able to create new entries, or edit comments from other users. I just want them do edit the comments they made.
Yes, the names are not filled in because in the past people wanted to be able to anonymously comment to their own blog while being logged in. Don't ask me why.
Anyhow, using the Plugin "User Self-Registration" you can configure this so that author names will be filled in automatically, and that anonymous users cannot use existing author names.

Ok, this is a good workaround

But as soon as a user is logged in, he can use any username, even one from another registered user - is this a bug?
Thanks for your answer! I'm gonna learn about php and stylesheets I guess cause as far as I can see, this Blog can do a whole lot of great stuff if one knows a little bit about php
