Artistic v1.1 template questions

today i install new look of my blog as Artistic v1.1 template and i very like that stylesheet

i wanna ask about 4 x Link in right up corner (how to manage them?)
also is there new "About Me" in the sidebar and clickable button "Read More", when i click i open frontpage

second. is there possibility to change font or size of font or a pic above entries in stylesheet templates?

Do you use S9y V1.1? There you can manage the links (and the about me box) in the theme-config.

i am using 1.0.4 version, so it seems i must upgrade.
