[SOLVED]Filter article categories to display on start page

Post by crapmaster »

Hi!

Is it possible to configure which article categories that will be displayed on first page?

I have a case where I would like to have articles of a certain category hidden from first page. I only want the users to able to see those articles when using the link http://<my site>/index.php?/categories/2-HiddenCategory.

Thanks,

/Peter

Hi!

Yes, you can install the serendipity_event_startcat ("Start Page categories" or sth like that) plugin which allows you to set a default start category, or hide certain categories (this only works with serendipity 1.1, I believe)
