Views? Plugin?

Post by ihra »

Hello,

tried to convert my nucleus database to s9y but I can't find whether there is "how many times article is viewed". Is it plugin and under which name (looked up the statistic parts and mysql database s9y creates but no use)?

It must be too simple question or too obvious :)

Nucleus conversion went otherwise perfectly (just that I need my views from the 5 year time span and also review ratings (found that plugin alright)).

In fact if you have older phpnuke / postnuke (6.5-7-3 / 0.6-0.7) you can convert database to nucleus and from there to s9y.

You can try the event-plugin for karma voting (serendipity_event_karma) and deactivate the voting in it. That's what I use to count clicks to the articels in my blog.

Thanks, that was just the thing I was looking for.

Now just translation of the event and import function to bring my nucleus hits to s9y hits (should be easy).
