Users can comment to their entries without my approval

I cant seem to find a way to default standard users from commenting (it could be just their own entries, but I dont care, I want to approve ALL comments). I can to go into each user and change that box, but I would like it checked no without having to do it manually.

Damn, on my first day up I have two users with @alt.2600.net addresses. I am scareded!

Hm, I'm not sure I understand what you have problems with. Did you check the various options of the Spamblock plugin? There is an option that allows registered users to bypass any commenting checks...
