Problem with Posting a Blog Entry

my system is fc4 php5 pgsql8.0 apache2

why i post a Blog Entry,Serendipity allways says:

Serendipity is now saving your entry, creating trackbacks and performing possible XML-RPC calls. This may take a while..

but nothing post on the Frontpage.

what's wrong with my Serendipity ?

Hi!

Does your browser support iframes? Did you try to remove the "Announce entries" plugin temporarily?

Did you try to post a message that does not contain any <a> tags?

Hi!

Did you temporarily try a different browser?

Maybe you can try to view the HTML source of the frame where that "XML-RPC..." message appears and look for errorS? Or did you check your Webserver and PHP error logs for problems? Usually I only hear about an error like this if for example PHP sessions are not properly enabled on the server?
