I just installed SY9 and love it, the only thing I need now is to add a gallery. Ive been reading some of the posts and it seems that Gallery2 is the most popular to use but takes some work to integrate well with Sy9.
So what do people think is the best gallery to use in conjunction with serendipity?
Im unsure as to whos this website is, but I think its a really well done example of what im looking for. Something that works extremely well with the blog.

Thanks!

I believe the website you mention is azel's blog...
She was part of the discussion at this thread that helps explain embedding Gallery2: http://www.s9y.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6621
(Plus her site is really nice, too.)
As for the best gallery product, I have no idea what you need, but the "Gallery Display" plugin (also called usergallery) (third one down here: http://spartacus.s9y.org/index.php?mode ... _IMAGES_en) provides a simple way to allow users to view pictures in the Serendipity media library.
You can see a simple example on my website, but it is capable of a lot more. Basically, you can use sub-folders to organize pictures into galleries, and it allows simple up and down navigation, plus has default bread-crumb navigation for indivdual images.
And all without having to install another product and embed/integrate it.

Matthew (Feeling generous?)
An easy solution is MG2 http://www.minigal.dk/features.php Select theme and to S9Y and the wrapurl plugin you will be using. Will seem totally integrated once you are done. MG2 requires no database but can take 100s of pictures. See his forum for showcases, bugs etc http://forum.minigal.dk/
