Comment problem

Post by denijane »

Hello, I have my serendipity installation for around a week now. Publishing works fine.

Today, however, while trying to make my comments look a little bit prettier, I received the following error:
"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20255 bytes) in /home/tothefu/public_html/after_the_pink_goat/include/functions_comments.inc.php on line 326"

I imported my blog from blogger, it all looked fine, I had all of the comments imported.
But in some of the cases, when I click "comments" I just see the page reloaded. On other publications, if I click "comments" I see the fields for commenting, however when I click Submit, it tells me the comment has been saved, but the comment is lost - I can't see it on my comments admin page for approval.

And ideas what's wrong with commenting?

Hi!

It seems you made some bad editing inside a file and added some recursive function call or onclosed loops, and thus depleted the memory available to you.

You should maybe undo you changes to the comment template, or revise them for errors on the specifics changes you made?
