Blogging sw that allows users to sign up and create blogs?

I'm looking to add blogging software to my website so my users can create a blog account and create their own blogs. Can I do that with s9y? If not, does anybody know of software to do that?

Actually, s9y is more about "collaborative blogging" on your own blog. If you want users to subscribe and get their own blog (like on blogger.com) you'll need some technical skills to use serendipity's "shared installation" and creation scripts, like supersized.org does. But this is nothing that works simply "out of the box".
