Cannot get Picassa plugin to work

I've read this thread: http://board.s9y.org/viewtopic.php?f=4& ... lit=picasa and been to http://blog.sdamm.de/2007/07/22/75.html but still can't get the plugin to work. My path is set as:

/path/do/domain/root/web/public/picasa/

In that directory is a directory named 'alaska' which contains a Picasa album (index.xml, images, and thumbnails). In my markup, I have:

[picasa]alaska[/picasa]

However, when I preview, all I get is a white box. Even text that I type before and after the markup does not show up in the preview box.

In the plugin config, I've set it to apply markup to ENTRY_BODY, EXTENDED_BODY, and HTML_NUGGET.

I've also tried just 'picasa/' as the directory and that didn't work either (same white box).

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi!

That could happen due to PHP or networking errors. Please ask your server provider for the PHP error log, or to displaye PHPs display_error directitve.

You can also check your php settings once again.. if there is any thing u r missing!!!!
