Hi.
First of all - thank you for this nice software.
I run into a little problem:
I have installed serendipity under
domain1.de/serendipity/
but would like to use the subdomain
blog.domain2.de
as a shortcut
Problem starts here:
The main blog title now points to
domain1.de/serendipity/
But all the blogs point to
blog.domain2.de/serendipity/...
Is it possible to setup the paths etc that the main title point to
blog.domain2.de
and the blogs to
blog.domain2.de/...
If I change the setting "URL zum Blog ", will this resolve the problem or has this setting another important function for the internal functioning of the blog software (just didn't dare to change it yet).
Thank you in advance
Michael

Re: a question regarding paths and domains
Hi!
Serendipity can't be installed so that it listens on both a "/" path, and a "/serendipity" path on a second domain.
You can onlyconfigure s9y to use multiple domains, all with the same path (either all /serendipity, all / or all /blog or something like that).
Regards,
Garvin
