Many new&old Plugins can't work!

Many Plugins i have down and put in plugins Folder,but in the adminModule for plugins ,i can not find them,in the plugins list i can not find them to install ...
for example：serendipity_event_karma,serendipity_event_textlinkads,serendipity_event_findmore,serendipity_event_downloadmanager and ..........
so much..

who can talk me how i can do ??

Hi!

Are you sure you're lookin in the EVENT plugin section? You find event plugins there, not in the SIDEBAR plugin section.
