Editor CLOSE ALL

Post by rj »

Newbies using the editor, often mess it up and lose closing tags.
</span> being the most problematic. :)
Then the whole blog underneath that entry goes goofy.

Is there one simple tag I can have them put at the very bottom of their entry in the code window that stops all such things?
Like perhaps </html>...

Hi!

Nope, there is no such tag you can use. HTML (and sepcially XHTML) requires every tag to be closed with its counterpart. There is no super-magic "close all" tag in (X)HTML.
