How to remove commenting alltogether

Hiya how are you all, can you please tell me how I can remove people from commenting on my blog completely, I think its slowing my website down a lot because the second I enable it after temp disabling the comment I get over 100 comments and its all spam, im really angry I just want to remove it altogether, I also have a forum so if people wish to comment what iv written on my blog they can do so via the web forum

You can delete the comment.php and read the FAQ on www.s9y.org on how to disable trackbacks/comments by editing your entries.tpl file.
