Statistics problem

Post by ChrisP »

Hi!

After the update I ran lately, I find some new, pretty interesting features in the backend statistics page... sadly, they don´t seem to work at all...

I see points for visitor counting, but they don´t fill up at all (see appended screenshot)... maybe a missing table? I seem to recall to have read about a table visitor_count somewhere, but that is definitely absent in my database... if that should be the problem, could someone post/send me the sql statements needed to create it?

Hi!

I can only agree that the statistics plugin with visitor tracking is currently the one most problematic plugin we bundle, and its unmaintained. So if there's no one who can have a look at existing plugins, we'd likely remove the visitor tracking code and put it into Spartacus, wher it's not so important that it might not work in all cases.

Volunteers, have a look - I myself am absolutely uninterested in visitor tracking apart from Google Analytics :)

Best regards,
Garvin
