Coppermine Selector enhancements...

Post by Bidimus »

I have added a few new features to my copy of the Coppermine Selector plugin... I don't seem to be able to find a way to get in contact with the author though and I don't really want to post a derivative work unless I have to... If anyone can point them my direction I'd really appreciate it...

In short I've added options to limit the "full size" picture display size horizontally and/or vertically... I have also added an option to display the medium sized image file instead of the large one when the "large size" is selected...

Thanks,

- Bidi

Hi!

Improving existing plugins is always welcome! If the author does not reply, simply post it here just like you did and I will happily commit a fix if it looks alright! :-)

Many thanks for your involvement,

Cant find the right option

Post by quartz »

Hi,
I loaded and installed the modded coppermine plugin from bidimus page. But I did not find the option to insert the "normal size" pic instead of the thumb.

Can Someone help me and check if everything is configured as need or tell me what else could be wrong?

Here are screenshots of my coppermine plugin config:

With the configuration as shown there will be always inserted the large file in the entrie. But I want to get the noraml size in the entrie!!

Hi!

In "copper2.jpg" activate the option "Use Normal Size" and click that to "Ja" instead of "Nein".

Hi and thx for that quick answer.

:D

If that option is activated I will always get the smallest picture of coppermine inserted. But I would like to get the "normal" (middle) size. I understood the description from bidimus that this is one of the features which will come with his modification.

In short I've added options to limit the "full size" picture display size horizontally and/or vertically... I have also added an option to display the medium sized image file instead of the large one when the "large size" is selected...

Or did I understand anything wrong?

Hi!

Oh, sorry for my misunderstanding. Sadly I don't use that plugin, so I don't really know the application.

Maybe you can try to contact Bidimus if he doesn'T answer here. :)

Best regards,
Garvin
