Hi!
You can install the plugin "User Self-Registration" which is available via spartacus or http://spartacus.s9y.org/.

Re: Create user/blog?
Hi!
To install multiple blogs for users on their own, a service like supersized.org needs to be created, with additional scripts that setup shared installations.
Best regards,
Garvin
No, serendipity does not have a feature of sub-blogs within a single blog. This plugin only gives opportunity register and write in main blog![]()

Re: Create user/blog?
Hi!

True multi-blogging has been on our TODO list for about 2 years already. As soon as somebody comes along to implement it, we'll have it.
Best regards,
Garvin
Because no volunteer has created it.Why?
Shared Installation and sub-blogging by using Sub-Categories (with independent templates) offer quite a lot of the same functionality, but that's not nicely available as a GUI.With this feature Serendipity will be wonderful alternative to WordPress MU
