Need Help with Categories

I know this is probaby an EASY fix that I am over looking... but I figured that someone would be able to help me ... This is the 3rd Serendipity blog that I have started, so I am not terribly new at this.

I am currently working on a site for my church and thought of serendipity as being the easiest for what we needed.

I need to be able to have certain users post ONLY in certain categories.
I.E. the Youth group should only be able to post in the Youth Group Section... and the Choir Director ONLY in the Choir Section. I need to have Admins be able to over see everything.

Is there a plug-in that I have missed that allows this? or is there some different coding that I need to do? I can't seem to find what I am looking for. HELP!?!?

Serendipity versions starting with 0.9 have the ability to create "User Groups", that users can be a member of.

You can define category read/write permissions then for each user group, by going to the "Manage categories" section of your blog and editing the category you want to assign usergroups to. You will see two large select fields where you can toggle all the usergroups that have read/write permissions to that category.
