Where is the upgrader?

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.0.2, by uploading the new files in the old directories. I didn't delete the config file and I did all the back ups.

I don't see any changes and any upgrader, in the administration panel. What is wrong, please?

Make sure all files were overwritten, including your serendipity_config.inc.php and serendipity_config_local.inc.php files. Otherwise Serendipity won't know to upgrade. When this is done, the upgrade prompt will appear.
