How to play a hotlinked music on my blog?

I add a hotlink music to the media component. However, after searching FAQ, I can not find any information about how to play this music when someone open my blog. I am new user.

Hi!

Usually you can create an entry, click on the "Add media" button and then select the video/audio file of your media database to insert. It will then simply insert a link to the media, and when a visitor clicks on your entry they can download and play the music.

Another way is to use the Podcast serendipity plugin, which transforms MP3 links to use the moodle flash player.
