[Approve Blog entry]

Is it possible as an administrator to approve the entries editors post in the blog?
So that nothing gets blogged until the admin allows the entry?

Should be. I believe you'd just set the user's configuration to post as "draft", then you (the admin) could approve the entries and set them to "publish".
