Many users are hidden
I think you would be surprised at the number of users behind company firewalls.
I am using Serendipity due to the recommendation of a IT staffer at a company with over 10,000 tech employees. Serendipity is their standard install for all company uses. There are hunderds of them, but none facing the public.
They like it because upgrades are painless. All of the user modified files tend to stay in the Templates folder instead of spread over the site (upgrades don't break things) and all plugins are on an "approved by developer list."
Since most of these corporated bloggers use internal support people, we may never see them on this forum.
The s9y developers get daily thumbs up that they will never see.

Well...this is both a great and a sad thing; great that people enjoy it, but sad that we might not hear about it. But, well. That's Life in OpenSource. The s9y developers get daily thumbs up that they will never see.
Best regards,
