I found this (under the manage plugin area) :

Should I worry about this? Or should I not? How to fix it (if it's important)?

Hi!

First off, worrying is not necessary with this plugin, whose only reason is to display transparent PNGs on the IE.

Such an "Error" should only happen if the serendipity_event_browsercompatibility plugin directory/file is not existant or readable, so you might want to check permissions?
