hello all,
i've decided to purchase a different domain name. what changes will need to be made to the serendipity config to accommodate for this? if you could point me to documentation, that would be great, as well. i looked but was unable to find any.
thanks.

Re: changing domain name
The only place where the domain name needs to be configured is in the Serendipity Configuration, section "Paths", where it says "Base URL".
If you set "AutodetectHTTP-Hostname" option in the configuration, you don't need to change anything domainrelated when you switch domains.
Of course, my take is that your Documentroot of the domain stays the same. If paths change, you needto also change them in the serendipity configuration panel.

Garvin
