Format for comments. Configurable?

Post by francisco1844 »

I got my first comment on a blog entry, but the person wrote to me saying that the blog changed the formatting. He had multiple lines and the blog changed it all to a single line as if it was interpreting HTML.

Is there a way to make the comments so they show "as is". Is this configurable somewhere?

Any way to re-format the entry according to what the user wrote to me how he expected it to look?

Hi

Yes, look into your blogs adminarea Plugin section and choose event plugins.
Find the nl2br plugin and enter its config.
Activate nl2br for comments and confirm. Thats all.

Please read this forum Announcements carefully, you don't have the actual version!

You mean more often... I don't have the latest version.. :-)
I saw yesterday that I am, I believe, one version behind. Will work on updating.
