Patch for picasa plugin

I have fixed various bugs over the last few months in the picasa plugin, and here's a patch.

It fixes bugs if there are special characters (such as spaces) in the path to the album, and it fixes bad html if the caption for an image contains any special html characters, such as a quote.

Let me know if there are any issues with the code. I made a unified diff; if you prefer another format, or the entire file, let me know.
