I believe that if you have "Enable on-the-fly media synchronization" enabled (under the Configuration/Image Conversion Settings menu) you just need to open the "Media library" page...

Otherwise, I believe you use the "Rebuild Thumbs" option (though it will take a while).

And, after looking at it, it seems that 1.1.2 is the most recent stable release... *sigh* I would bet that branches are more stable than trunk. It looks like the last update made to branch 1.1 was made on April 1st... Basically, once 1.1 was released the trunk became 1.2 (1.2-alpha3 currently), and ...

I believe if you grab a "branch" rather than "trunk" you will get the current stable (rather than current development)...

For example: svn://svn.berlios.de/serendipity/branches/1.1
grabs 1.1.3 for me.

Unfortunately, I don't have time to modify the GRC.com from a horizontal drop down to a vertical style. Plus, the required structure of the menus does not seem well documented, so I would have to take time to figure that out. As I said in my post, if someone wants to take a shot at it, they are welc...

This would be quite a bit of work... And to get such menus working in IE (6 at least) usually requires some kind of hack... Unfortunately, I don't have the time to figure out a good way of doing (especially one that is license free (or relatively distributable). If it is something someone would like...

I can't replicate this (easily) on my test blog and I need to run off to work. Can you try moving the Contact Form event plugin to a place before the static page plugin in the event list and see what happens? I know this would just be a work around but I am curious as to whether it has any impact. G...

I assume you are using the dynamic contact form option rather than the static version? (Ie, Use the dynamic tpl? is set to something other than standard?)

The easiest way for you to play with this is to edit the plugin_usergallery.tpl file that comes with the plugin. It should be under the plugins/serendipity_usergallery directory. You can move that file into the directory of the template you are using so that it will not be overwritten by future rele...

Oh, yeah...

jermen -> you will need to select Media Library for the "source" setting. And you might need to save the settings twice before all the options show up (I'll have to look into that bug).

Garvin -> Hi again! Hope life is going well!

I think I might be confused, but I'm pretty sure that the "Unified Sidebar Image Display" plugin can do random images from the media gallery. I'm pretty sure I wrote it so that it just uses a count of all the images (yeah, it pulls all the images in just to count them, which means it's a R...

Hey Owen, Can you take a look at version 1.12 (I just added it to CVS). It should have both a bug fix to prevent option bleeds, and the change you requested to checkboxes... You'll just need to separate the "message" to display after the checkbox and "checked" by a comma: "C...

ooh, please let me do the one with the opening rose, that sounds like a really groovy template idea Please, feel free! You want "time of day" code or old post code? Either one would actually work... (For the first one, the flower opens in the morning and closes at night, the second one th...

It is a neat idea... I'm not sure it should be bolted around the usergallery plugin though... Did Garvin ever find the plugin that allows bbcode markup to posts to add images? If so, it should probably be rolled into that... So you put something like [image="142"] and that displays the ima...

Hi Dave! Interesting... I think this is a great idea - although last night I read in a web design mag that Shaun Inman has done this on his blog. Neat! I just dug around his site an found a description of what his does here: http://www.shauninman.com/post/about/the_heap/ His is a lot more detailed t...

Um... wait... But in this case I like it to be part of a posting... I don't think I understand what you want... Do you want to place images in an individual post so that they are automatically formated in some way? If so, I've sent you in the wrong direction... And I'm not even sure which direction ...
