a serendipity_property_bag with event

i want to create a plugin but i must use frontend_header event....
should i wrote one plugin and one event for this????

Sadly there's currently no way that an event plugin can act as a sidebar plugin, and no way that a sidebar plugin can act as an event plugin.
Thus you must bundle the plugin files, just like the event_templateswitcher and plugin_templatedropdown plugins...
