Hi!
I can remove that ad, if you can forward me a full email with headers etc. all intact. Then I can anylzue the email and try to seperate that attachment out.
And is it posible that the message what i send tho my moblog automatic post on my blog.
You can only achieve that by running a cronjob that periodically executes the popfetcher job. If you have a blog that is visited often, you can also use the serendipity crnojob plugin which simulates real cronjobs...

Garvin

hi guys,
I am using all the latest plugins listed above,
I have followed the above steps; I have put a yahoo accounts pop setting in the plug in and done everything as instructed.
When I send a picture from my phone, i send it to the yahoo mail account that is set up in the plug in.
In the pop fetcher and start page plugin I have specified that I want the image to go in a specific category and entry (e.g Moblog and number 12 This is the number you get when you scroll your move over it)
So when I send a MMS from my phone to that email address, the image should show up in the entry specified shouldnt it? I am getting no images at all in fact Im not gettng any data.

Hi!
Depending on how the email is formatted it might be that attachments cannot be properly read.
If you send a simple email to your yahoo account, does it then work?
How do you execute the popfetcher plugin? Via crontab, or by manually clicking on the Popfetcher menu item from your s9y screen? Withpout interaction like that, popfetcher can't query your mailbox.

Garvin

how can I learn about using Cronjob for making the popfetcher plugin implement the job I need it to do?

hi,
Why does it say that the popfetcher plugin has special cell phone support, when in principle, it doesnt matter how an email was sent to a specific email address is. The plugin only pulls an email from a mailbox of which the credentials are entered into the plugin.
also, I am having problems making it work, using a yahoo email account. Id is normal for yahoo.co.uk to have problems? I have the cronjob pluging installed (pulls every 5 minutes).

Because emails sent by cell providers sometimes contain attachments or specific mail formatting, and the popfetcher plugin detects some of them.
Can't help about yahoo.co.uk email,s though.
