Hello,

I have almost set up my own weblog. There's one thing i cannot get working, making a simple photogallery with thumbnails or so in my entries. I did not manage to install Gallery on my server and the plugin for Picasa does not work..

What alternatives do i have? or how can i easily line out my picture in an entry. Normally, just adding pics, you cannot do this right?

Have you tried the "Gallery Display" plugin? It is also called serendipity_event_usergallery. It uses the media library in Serendipity to act as a gallery page (kind of like a statics page, but with thumbnails). No other software required.

i mean how can i put that in my blog?

All you need to do is install the plugin. You can find instructions for installing new plugins here: http://www.s9y.org/45.html#A6

The Display Gallery plugin is not part of core Serendipity, so the easiest way to install it is using Spartacus (which is described on the above link, as well). However, you can also download it from the Spartacus website and install it manually (go to http://spartacus.s9y.org/index.php?mode ... _IMAGES_en and search for Display Gallery (it should be the third one down)).
