Hi!

You can install the plugin "User Self-Registration" which is available via spartacus or http://spartacus.s9y.org/.

This plugin only gives opportunity register and write in main blog :(
Is there any plugin which gives to guests opportunity register and have own blogs?

No, serendipity does not have a feature of sub-blogs within a single blog.

To install multiple blogs for users on their own, a service like supersized.org needs to be created, with additional scripts that setup shared installations.

Hi!
Why?
Because no volunteer has created it. :-)

Shared Installation and sub-blogging by using Sub-Categories (with independent templates) offer quite a lot of the same functionality, but that's not nicely available as a GUI.

True multi-blogging has been on our TODO list for about 2 years already. As soon as somebody comes along to implement it, we'll have it. :-)
