0.7.1 updates deletes old templates

...but of course I had a backup!
Nonetheless, the upgrade script does not reimport self made templates.

I suppose you used the 'upgrade.sh' backup file. That one is a bit out of date, and mostly only needed for creating a backup. The web-based installer usually does everything for you, and the upgrade.sh file needs a polishing.
I temporarily deactivated that file in CVS until that issue is fixed, thanks!
