Hi,

This is regarding serendipity oracle conversion . In FrontPage, when we select an entry, the comments corresponding to that entry is not displayed and in its place the following message is printed.

Warning: Smarty error: serendipity_smarty_printcomments: missing 'entry' parameter in D:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\serendipity\bundled-libs\Smarty\libs\Smarty.class.php on line 1088

When we 'echo'ed the array in 'serendipity_smarty_printComments' function the array was as follows:

Array ( [entry] => [mode] => threaded )

Can u please provide us a solution.

Also, we require some input on how to work with import and export links (What all the files to be changed).

Hi!

This sounds as if you edited your comments.tpl or entries.tpl file with frontpage and badly modified the file so that something is missing. Please check with the original files.

I don't use Frontpage, but you must make sure that it does not garbage any Smarty/HTML markup.

Holy cow. They're using Oracle and FrontPage??

On the other hand, so are lots of people. If we can make Serendipity work for them, we've made great strides forwards.
