Hello,
Last night I try to make fresh installation for s9y

I upload all files, and I give the right permission for the selected folders :P

But when I request the s9y URL
I get blank screen, after I dig in the installation documents , I found out that is necessary the server safe mode to be (OFF)

When operating Serendipity in PHP's Safe-Mode, you will not be able to use file upload and the automated plugin installation facilities provided by spartacus
My host provider didn't understands my question well?

Now,
How could I install s9y with safe mode (ON)?
Or,
How can I change the server mode from my website CPanel?
.
.
garvinhicking question?
I try to down load (cowiki) from this URL, But I get frustrated flowing this (URL) (http://www.cowiki.org/11.html#A3) and I didn't get a copy of it, Do you have a fresh copy of (cowiki)?

Hi!

You can use and install Serendipity on a SafeMode provider, but you cannot use the Media library properly.

If you get a blank screen when calling your s9y URL, it is most probably a fatal PHP error. Please look into your Apache+PHP Error logfiles, or ask your provider to look there for you. Or to enable "display_errors" in PHP.ini.

Which PHP version is your provider running?

Yes, cowiki is hard to download currently. You'll need to google for "cowiki mirror" or somethinglike that. I don't know where I got my version from, but it's now heavily customized so that you can't use it.

Best regards,
Garvin
