tableless theme. is mine any good?

I've been working on a skin for my blog setup and for some reason decided to get rid of the table and go with css. I'm using absolute positioning for my divs. Also, i've made it into a 2 column layout, which requires all the plugins to be set to "right". Is that a big no-no in the theme development world?
I managed to get phpAdsNew working with it as well, which seemed simple at first but took me a while to do. Apparently some php code from that messes up serendipity.
Anyway, if anyone has any advice or comments I wouldn't mind hearing them.
Thanks.

Hi humara!

You might want to look at the 'mozilla tribute' theme, that one is tableless as well and even supports plugins on both left or right side with some CSS trickery.

But your theme looks good! Thanks for letting us know!

Garvin.

I think it looks good, although i can't see the header in Firefox, you also might want to separate each entry a little better, maybe also choose a diffirent font color for the entries, they seem to blend into the background a little

thanks for the tips

this has turned out to be quite a bit bigger of a project than i imagined. I've been testing the layout in ie 5, ie55, ie6, safari, ie52(mac), netscape mac. I'll try and download firefox one of these days, since it sounds like that is getting pretty popular.

I dont know if this is the right place to ask this question, but i'm having trouble getting the date to move down closer to the dashed line seperating the entries. anyone know what tag to change?

Thanks again.
