Serendipity Forums

I want to use S9y as an editorial section on my site. I want to set it up so that anyone can start posts or make comments (after registering). In other words, as a community style blog. However, I want to set it up so that all posts and comments have to approved by the moderator before they (posts/comments) go live.

Is this possible?
