Update auf 2.5 beta 1

Hallo,

mein Hoster hat auf PHP 8.1 umgestellt was ich nicht mitbekommen habe. Wollte nun auf 2.5 beta 1 Updaten. Aber es funktioniert nicht.

Hat jemand eine Idee was ich machen kann?

Schau mal im Log, welcher Fehler genau geworfen wird. Darauf können wir dann reagieren. Wahrscheinlich muss ein Plugin gelöscht werden.

Ja. Mit dieser Fehlermeldung muss du zum Support des Hosters gehen. Es ist an ihm, diese Einbindung der http_request2/HTTP/Request2.php zuzulassen. Zumindest ist das mein Kenntnisstand.

Mir ist nicht klar, warum dieser Fehler überhaupt bei manchen Hostern auftritt. Aber der Support kann normalerweise helfen.

Hallo,

mein Hoster Manitu meint das von ihrer Seite nichts blockiert wird.

Ich habe wie Vorgeschlagen von Manitu die rechte noch mal neu "Durchlaufen" lassen. Hat aber nichts gebracht.

Was kann ich tun? Jemand eine Idee?

Laut der Fehlermeldung versucht er /home/sites/site100013995/web/refilix.de/bundled-libs/HTTP/../pear/http_request2/HTTP/Request2.php zu öffnen. Gibt es diese Datei auf dem Server? Wenn ja, dann würde ich den Fehler immer noch beim Hoster sehen, dass der konfigurierte include_path den Zugriff auf die Datei nicht erlaubt. Wenn nein, ist beim Entpacken vll etwas schiefgegangen.

Alternativ kannst du auch versuchen, Spartacus erstmal zu löschen - also die Plugindateien auf dem Server. Mit etwas Glück will kein anderes deiner Plugins Request2.php aufrufen, dann könnte das Upgrade durchlaufen.

die Request2.php ist vorhanden. Siehe Screenshot.

Auch der Support hat vermutet das die Datei fehlt. Siehe Screenshot.

Also habe ich die Beta 1 noch einmal hoch geladen. Ohne Erfolg. Gleiche Fehlermeldung.

Kann ich einfach den Spartacus Ordner löschen? Oder muss ich noch was beachten?

Die Seite wird nicht aufgerufen. Aber ich komme auf die Admin Oberfläche.

Also ohne Spartacus lädt die Admin Oberfläche. Mit Spartacus, geht garnichts.

Die Fehlermeldung beschwert sich über das Karmaplugin. Lösche also am besten erstmal das, um jetzt die Seite wieder zum Laufen zu kriegen.

Du wirst aber mit dem Hoster keinen Spaß mit Serendipity haben, bis die Request2.php-Datei eingebunden werden kann. Die wird immer mal wieder benutzt :/

danke für die Hilfe.

Hab ich gemacht und die Seite läuft erstmal wieder.

Aber was meinst du mit einbinden der Request2.php Datei? Was muss ich dem Hoster sagen was er machen soll? Der Hoster ist ja Manitu und Sie bieten ja auch S9Y an. Die müssten dann ja auch das Problem haben.

Nachtrag:
Mir ist noch aufgefallen das wenn ich Spartacus drauf mache, funktioniert die Seite aber nicht mehr die Admin Bereich.

Im Moment ist Spartacus und Karma deaktiviert bzw. gelöscht damit es Funktioniert.

Wenn der Pfad zu der Request2.php richtig ist, aber das Einbinden scheitert, muss es eigentlich an der PHP-Konfiguration des Hosters liegen. Mir ist auch nicht klar welche Konfiguration genau das Problem sein kann - open_basedir? Eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsschicht? Irgendwas mit den Symlinks, die Manitu benutzt, und daher doch wie vom Support vermutet den Dateirechten?

Wenn wir am Code irgendwas ändern können, um das verlässlicher zum Laufen zu kriegen, würden wir es natürlich machen...

der Hoster weiß nicht wo das Problem liegt. Ich warte einfach mal ab. Was anderes bleibt mir nicht übrig.
