Can I set the new entries to have no password as default. No big deal to erase it but everytime I save an article the password is back.

If the editor sets a password by default, your browser is autofilling that. One option might be to use a different browser - Firefox behaves properly here and leaves that password field alone.

But if you never use that feature, you can also hide the password input. Via the settings of the serendipity_event_entryproperties plugin, where you can remove the checkbox for the password field.
