Our use of the blog is to publish articles and we dont want any possibility to comment. Also the trackback is not used. Is there any way to disable this part from showing up, even if I have to take away some part of the code. If so where

Hi, yes :) See https://docs.s9y.org/docs/faq/index.htm ... in-my-blog, you can edit the template to remove the comment section from being created.

You could also just disable comments globally by activating the emergency mode in the spamblock settings, but that would not remove the section completely.
