Do I anything wrong or is http://spartacus.s9y.org/ down? Can't reach it within my blog and not standalone in my browser!?

Yes, it's dead since ages. Configure serendipity_event_spartacus to use github.com

but I had a look now ... there is allready github as source in the config. But I get an empty screen when using "install a new xx plugin"

I may have confused that with Spartacus plugins available from s9y.org (instead of github.com) which is dead for long. I do get plugins listed under Install a new plugin, but maybe they're just cached. The More information linking to spartacus.s9y.org is also dead now.

Up again! Seemed like the hoster had an issue (not 100% certain what happened yet).

Datei/Mirror Speicherort (Downloads) ?

I'd set both to github
