No 'admin' directory

After installation (I did an embedded one) I have a link to login ("
http://example.dev/weblog/serendipity/admin" -- it's on a localhost so the best I can do is provide screen shots) but there is no "admin" directory or file. Suggestions?

you don't have the serendipity_admin.php file?

"/admin" is a redirect (via .htacces) to /serendipity_admin.php
Do you have such a redirect in place?
