To release a theme and get it on Spartacus, follow this simple procedure:

1. Build a theme
2. In this forum, open a thread to present your theme, like in this and in this thread. To have a demo ready is helpful.
3. After a short waiting period to enable collecting feedback, a team member will offer to upload the theme to the git-repo that is feeding spartacus. This assumes that the theme is somewhat up to modern standards.

In order to be added to Spartacus, a theme should have some sort of “unique selling point”. At the very least, it should not be a simple replica of another theme with a different font or slightly different colors.
