Order of items
You have to click an arrow to move an item up or down. Suggestion; use numbers. The highest nummer = the highest order. Huge timesaver.

One could easily write a plugin for this as we already store a numbered plugin order on the DB.

Many new user appreciate the ordering arrows and find it very intuitive. I think using numbers would be very counter-productive, even though I understand that "power users" would benefit from it. Thus, a plugin would IMHO better suit it...

I use this system in Vignette. Works great. But I understand your reasoning. Anyone, care to write a plugin ?
