Seems not to be working. I keep getting a 403 error. Is there a way I can fix it?

Talk to your provider, probably mod_security is blocking it, because it detects HTML in the URL, which is usually "evil". But this is not happening by s9y itself, it's the overlying apache layer that returns 403.
