Media links broken after new path

Post by Huhu »

Settings:
Installation is in example.com/blog, not moved or altered
New domain pointing there is example.org

After setting the s9y-installation to a new path by routing a new domain to the old path (i. e. example.com/blog is now example.org) and changing all database settings in the admin panel, I can access the media center (and log in) as usual, but all media in there are not displayed anymore.
Also, all graphics within the admin interface are off as well.
Images embedded via media center in HTML nuggets are not displayed in Extended entries, just on the front page.

The path shows still the old (absolute) path example.com/blog, not the new, e.g. example.org.

htaccess is set to /index.php.

Any idea? Thanks!

Problem solved!
I had to edit the _config (MySQL) directly and exchange the old with the new path.
Shouldn't that also be possible to edit via the Admin interface, though?

Hi!

Yes, the path setup would be also accessible via the Admin interface, section "Paths"...

But your method works also of course ;)
