Sitemap and comments

I'm not sure, but I think that would be a bad idea. The sitemap is updated every time you create, edit or delete a blog entry. If it did that for every comment, you could be talking hundreds of updates per day if you have a well read blog.

I think that would be bad in terms of the search engines the sitemap is submitted to, not liking the constant updates....but I don't know that for a fact.

I am with hyejohn on this one. I have never personally thought of comments as being part of a site's content. Accordingly, I would not expect the sitemap to be updated with each comment.
