Forgot login and password to my web blog on my website

HELP!
I have not been able to remember my login and password that is connected to my website
www.gtongi.net
Any advice that you can give would be great.

Hi!
If you have access to phpMyAdmin (maybe through your provider panel) or to FTP, we can help you...do you have that kind of access?

Same problem here, only that I didn't forget it... I had it in a file on my hard drive and in a backup archive. The hard drive died, and the archive was corrupted. Now, that's what I can call bad luck!
