Real Name Issue Under Personal Settings

I have looked all night for a way to change the "real name" setting under "personal settings" in the admin, to no avail. I'm using it through RVSiteBuilder, which comes from my host, and the name is listed as "RV Team." I found that name listed under admin name in the system configuration screen of RVSiteBuilder, and changed it, but it isn't impacting the display on new posts. When I go to the Serendipity Administration Suite Personal Settings page, RV Team is grayed out, so I can't adjust it.

Do you have access to the database? (Like through phpMySQLadmin?) You might be able to edit the value directly...

RVSiteBuilder strikes again! You might not be able to change it if your hosting provider has some how hard wired it. Can you create a new user ID for yourself with admin capabilities, then provide a new name there?

Weird, all those RVSiteBuilder queries coming up at these days. They seem to have a large userbase.
