Can't install package on Win2k

Hi,
I can't install the package.
When i go to serendipity_admin.php it takes a minute to load the page which results in only getting a page with "Serendipity installation" in the body but nothing else ...
I'm installing it on a W2k with Apache2.0.39 / PHP4.2.2 / MySQL4.0.1-alpha-nt
Does someone know what's causing it ?
