Flah swf and flv video in entries

Hello All,
I had been posting a question as to how to get a Flash video to run on load. Here is what I found. Once I installed the serendipity_event_podcast plugin I entered the following in a new entry (html)<http://www.domain.com/serendipity/FlashVideo.flv>. With my setup I had to then save it twice (at times 3 times) before the podcast plugin wrapped it for playing in the entry. The video comes up in a control box and you press the start button to play. Perfect.
Now for play on load:
Using the swf version of the flash file causes the video to play on load in the entry so as soon as the page comes up the video is playing.
